FAQs
What is your jewellery made out of?
OMOYA jewellery is made using glass Delica beads. Unlike the beads readily available in India which are round and irregular in size and shape, Delicas are cylindrical and of uniform size. This allows them to stack up snugly allowing for a neat and finished look.
We also use metal and plastic parts depending on the piece.
How do you make your jewellery?
Omoya jewellery is entirely handmade. Each piece is meticulously woven together, one bead at a time, after many rounds of scribbling, doodling and brainstorming. Pieces can take anywhere between 2 hours to a few days for completion but they all receive the same amount of care, love and attention.
Who makes your jewellery?
What if there are some imperfections in the jewellery?
All our jewellery is made by hand so there may be slight differences and imperfections, but those are just the qualities that make it unique! Actual colors can be slightly different than shown in picture. Please feel free to ask any questions before you purchase to ensure a good experience.
Do you customize jewellery?
Yes, we do customize jewellery. Kindly mention how you would like to customize your jewellery in the notes section at checkout and we will see how best we can help you. Since the customized jewellery will be made from scratch it may take longer to reach you.
